+ It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room for free! We even got complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay. The butler service was exceptional. We requested for simple bed decorations to bring a more honeymoon vibe and the delivered. They even gave us fruits and cakes as a gift. The room was maintained clean and before we slept, the butlers managed to provide turndown service for us. All the staff are very accommodating. They pay attention to details and made sure we experience all the services the hotel has to offer. They are professional and deliver the services with class. Truly a 5 star experience.
