Your voucher is emailed right after payment and is always available under My bookings. You can re-download the PDF any time.
Can I cancel my booking?
Each rate shows its cancellation policy before you pay and on your confirmation. If your rate is refundable and within the deadline, contact us and we'll process it — refunds return to your original payment method.
What currency am I charged in?
Prices can be displayed in your preferred currency for convenience, and your card is always charged in Bahraini Dinars (BHD). The exact BHD amount is shown before you pay. Some hotels also collect a small city or tourism fee directly at check-in — when that applies, it is shown before you book.
