ياس بلازا مانغروفز★★★★

+ Property was good

+ Highly helpful staff allowed me an early check in. was only there overnight but ticked all the boxes. Recommended

+ Dining options were good transport was excellent felt very safe .Pool staff were so friendly and helpful enjoyed every minute of my stay would definitely recomend this hotel .

+ Customer service was terrible. They checked me in later than checking time and had me waiting for hours. I requested a roll out bed since I booked and I had to call no joke like 10 times from my room begging them to bring it. There so many better places in Yas island to stay at.

+ All was great!!! Staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive Only complaint was trying to get water temps regulated. They constantly adjusted on their own

+ Comfortable room and friendly staff. We were attending a concert in the Ethiad stadium and we were easily able to walk to and from the venue so would recommend this hotel if attending this venue. We were also overlooking the Yas stadium so again good location for a number of venues
