FIVE Palm Jumeirah Residences - Mint Stay★★★★

− Poor maintenance, did not return the security deposit after 3 weeks, not responding to messages or calls

− BUT THE STAFF FROM MINT STAY WAS MISLEADING, ONE WHO CHECKED IN US. He was not properly giving info and while I asked we access the penthouse for free. He said everything in the five hotel is accessible even bohemia beach . I asked two times to confirm . But when I went there , they have charges us for the entry. 200 AED for each of us + in. Bohemia also. total of 2000 AED just for the entry to both club and beach. Very unsatisfied with staff and I think he was drunk also.

− Beds uncomfortable, dirty, leaking water, blocked drainage in bathroom, no housekeeping at all All Weekend , no response from Mint Stay guest services
