ذا برينس اكاتوكي لندن★★★★★

+ I had an absolutely great experience staying at this hotel for 4 nights. The reception staff Henry and Chris are truly magnificent and make you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the doors of this lovely hotel. The attention of detail and care they possess was truly out of this world. My room was spacious and the AC was better than any other hotel I’ve stayed in the UK! I also appreciated the amenities they left for me when I first checked in 😍. One of the nights I decided to try the Tokii restaurant and the food was delightful 🙌 - I highly recommend you get a Bento box from there. Thanks again for the memorable service I received, I’ll definitely book this hotel again when I’m back in the UK ❤️.

+ Had a delicious lunch with my family today. Rakesh provided impeccable service. Thanks so much for such a memorable experience!

+ I was gifted a Sushi Masterclass experience at TOKii Restaurant and went with my partner. This was a fantastic experience where the chef Toni took his time to explain the different types of sushi and tips to making your own. Toni was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed his sense of humour. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely come to the restaurant again!

+ Henry and chris were simply incredible, went above and beyond to make this experience an unforgettable one. Customer service like none other i have ever seen

+ HENRY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST he did an amazing job at killing this huge lady bug that was flying alllll over the room and yet he still managed to have it dead 👏👏🐐🐐

+ Rakesh is very nice and friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really good. Highly recommended. Thanks Rakesh and everyone
