Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel★★★★

+ **DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL** We arrived as a family for our daughter's 21st birthday as she wished to visit Paris & the eiffel tower in particular. First morning breakfast was great, well set up, well managed, plenty of staff to help if needed. Reception staff were absolutely disgraceful & that was every shift, pure ignorance & arrogance you couldn't help to feel & notice by all of us, almost aggressive in their attitude & then the worst disgraceful thing happened, the day before our daughters birthday my husband & I explained our daughter was 21 & in most places that's all you have to tell them & they're more than happy to join in the celebrations & will offer a small gesture such as maybe a dessert placed in her room with a happy birthday message - to our complete shock we were met with complete rudeness from staff who told us no we don't offer anything complimentary, we offered to pay for it, the manager arrives with an aggressive tone asking what is your problem 😱 we try to aga

+ So glad I stayed here when Paris for 1st time, it was in a nice area and was so close to the tower, the hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were so polite and helpful I definitely will stay at this hotel next time I’m in Paris the trip was just amazing.

+ Erg vriendelijk personeel. Iedereen sprak Engels, wat erg prettig was. De locatie was perfect: dicht bij de Eiffeltoren en de Seine.

+ موقع الفندق ممتاز

+ We absolutely loved the beautifully decorated room for our wedding anniversary. The view from our window was amazing, and it was truly magical to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle and light up. The breakfast was also delicious. Thank you for making our stay so special! 😊 1135 room :)

+ Muistutti laivan hyttiä.
