Mercure Paris Montparnasse Pasteur★★★★

− Odalar küçük dar fotoğraftaki modernlikden uzak ve pisdi.kahve makinesi arızalı idi hiç kullanamadık resepsiyondaki görevliye söylediğimizde kahve makinesini değiştirmedi bn anlamam dedi aşağı inip kahve içebilir dedi.berbat bir söylemi vardı.asansör son dakika arızalandı otel boyunca kullanamadık. Bavullar için hiç kimse bize yardımcı olmadı.Oysa ki mesaj atmışlardı yardımcı olacaklardı kimse ilgilenmedi.Otel kahvaltısı inanılmaz kötüydü hiçbir çeşit yoktu her gün sabah resmen aç kaldık.asansör yerine her gün merdiven kullandık.

− Very disappointing experience. We booked a 3-night stay, but we decided to leave before completing our second day. We were assigned a room on the 5th floor with no elevator, despite traveling with young children. Climbing five flights of stairs several times a day with young children was extremely inconvenient. This information should be clearly be disclosed before guests book their stay.

− Ascenseur en panne

− I found the hotel rather expensive for what it offered. Breakfast was rather average for the price I paid.

− The night personnel were very ignorant and tried to scam for extra city tax money. Breakfast was just poor. For the price you pay, you don't get value. A Coca-Cola in the Reception / Simple Bar 5 euros. There were flies everywhere, even landed in my beer.
