The cleaness of room

Location Service Comfort

Great room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shangri La and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team were truly outstanding. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless—their dedication to excellent customer service really sets this hotel apart. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and provided a peaceful retreat. Thank you to the entire management and staff for making my experience so wonderful. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

The lobby was very spaces and the coffee show service was great. Every staff interaction was very friendly. The female section hot water pool was not very clean and it needs attention. (this was my wife's experience)

Rooms are well lit, clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurant choices in hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.
