We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again when in Phuket Town.
+ The staff was very accommodating and friendly; the room was comfortable and clean. Even though we came a bit earlier than the required check-in time, our room was ready for us to move into, which was great.
− I was a bit disappointed that the standard breakfast buffet was not available due to the off-season, and I was only notified upon check-in, but the à la carte menu was delicious as well.

Very nice room stay. Definitely will stay at tis hotel even if it is the rainy season.
+ Location is good. Last day to airport, area was was raining heavily & roads were flooded with roads blocked off with no entry to cars. With heavy rain & knee high dirty rainwater flooded roads, Ms Sirivarin Bumrunthin (front desk manager) & 3 male staff carried our 3 luggages & we waded 15 minutes to the waiting luxury 10 seater vehicle. Was an experience for 3 of us. Appreciated greatly the hotel staff & the driver delivering us to airport 10 minutes before check-in gate closed.

Elegancko
+ Elegancko, ogromny pokój, czysto, super basen, dosłownie na starym mieście.
− Śniadania przeciętne i taka dość "sztywna" atmosferę
