Located at 1,100 metres above sea level in the village of Kulm, this family-run guesthouse offers a quiet yet central location at the heart of the Ramsau sun plateau, at the foot of the Dachstein mountain.

After a day of hiking, skiing or cross-country skiing (with the cross-country ski runs leading right past the house), you can relax in the Alpenbads sauna area. In summer a heated outdoor pool, which can be covered in bad weather, is available.
