− The access to the parking area was extremely tight, and despite having a confirmed and paid booking, the security guard refused to let us enter. He insisted that we had to check in first, even though we had already confirmed our reservation and there was no other way to access the property, i need to reverse. There was another car was waiting behind us, I was forced to reverse in a very confined space as instructed by the security guard. Unfortunately, my car hit the wall, causing damage to the side mirror. There were also pedestrians walking behind the vehicle, making the situation even more dangerous. Thankfully, no one was injured. This entire experience was very stressful and could have been avoided with better parking access and clearer procedures for guests with confirmed bookings. It was a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expected.

− There was nothing major that I didn't like. If I could suggest a couple of improvements, I think the breakfast could offer a greater variety of options. Also, the elevators were a bit slow, and during busy times it seemed that the hotel could benefit from having more than two elevators. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
