− The room had tomato ketchup littered on a corner from the previous guest, which was present during my check-in and I assume it was not cleaned properly during the cleanup. I immediately called for room service, and the staff came in and washed that, but I think it should've been checked properly before our arrival and that was right in front of the entrance, so no point arguing that they didn't see. But I appreciate the staff's honesty, as he said whoever did that probably didn't do the full cleaning service for the room
