Good location, nice staff, clean but unbearable if its not below 25C and raining
+ It was the weekend of 38C and there is no air conditioning, only a very small fan moving the fug around and I was under the roof tiles. It was probably over 40C in there.
− No lift, I was on the 4th floor under the roof in 38C. No AC.

+ Helpful and friendly hotel reception staff.
− The only thing I could find fault with was the lady serving breakfast. She was unpleasant, brusque, and unhelpful. I felt like an intruder rather than a guest.

+ Had a great stay. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, the location was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

− El baño era mínimo,no se correspondía con las fotos, muchas escaleras y mucho calor en la habitación, no cambiaron las toallas, ni reposición el gel.

+ This was excellent. Very close to paddington, the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The room was a good size and provided everything we needed. It was very good to have breakfast too.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit schlechtem WiFi
+ Super Lage nahe an der Paddington Station und dem Hyde Park. Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und hatte ein grosses Fenster. Weil während unserem Aufenthalt sehr heiss war und es keine Klimaanlage hatte, waren wir froh über das Fenster zum Lüften.
− Das Wifi funktioniert sehr schlecht.
