Leonardo Royal Hotel London City - Tower of London

+ Went for breakfast and ashraf was amazing. He definitely deserves his flowers!!!

+ Hotel had a convenient location close to the subway making excursions very easy. The room was cleaned really well every time we requested it. The breakfast staff and Arnel were super friendly and helpful, giving us a good boost every morning.

+ Great location so close to the Tower and nearby the tube stations, amazing service, has a great stay! Thanks to Arnel for the bubbly morning energy in the restaurant!

+ Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and location is great and convenient. I loved the Art Deco style, the room was clean and everything felt well looked after. It was also pretty quiet with good soundproofing in rooms. Breakfast was one of my favourite parts of the stay because of the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Olesiya and Tibi. They made our stay truly special. They were always kind, professional and happy to help. Olesiya, in particular, made us feel genuinely welcome. She had such a well-balanced and genuine approach. She was warm and caring without feeling over the top and she made us feel like truly valued guests. I hope Olesiya receives the recognition she truly deserves. People like her are the reason guests want to come back. Arnel was also friendly. The only part that didn’t match the rest of the hotel was the spa. The staff there felt much less welcoming and cold. For example, I was not told that I needed

+ Arnel was very helpful in making sure my food was gluten free.

+ Mr Ashraf in Leo’s Restaurant is polite and helpful.
