+ الف شكر لصاحب الفندق ومدير الفندق والاستاذه وجميع العاملين والاسطف جميعهم اخلاق وذوق عالي مكان الفدق متميز جدا لقربه من جامعه الدول وشارع شهاب يعتبر النبظ الحيوي لسياحه مكان هادي جميل نظيف جدا تحس انك ببيتك وايظا امان جدا وهدوا المكان لايوجد ازعاج سكنت بمعظم فنادق القاهره لم اجد مثل هذا المكان وشكر من دلني عليه بصرحه نزلت فيه ونا من رود مصر منذا 20 سنه لم انبصط بمثل هذا المكان افطار رقي نظافه امان هدوا تعامل صادق من جميع العاملين وخدومين جداااا الف شكرلهم ونشا الله لي عوده لهم

+ I had an absolutely wonderful two-week stay at Aura Hotel in Cairo, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and inviting throughout my entire stay. The food was excellent, with great quality, flavor, and consistency every day. What truly made my stay special, though, was the incredible staff. Every single day, the team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel less like a guest and more like family. A special thank you to everyone who took such good care of me, from the reception and management staff to housekeeping, the restaurant team, the chef, the baristas, the security guards at the entrance, and the concierge.
