Clean Hotel but Bedding Needs Attention

+ "The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The shopping mall is nearby and easily accessible. However, Malay food restaurants and local eateries are a bit farther away. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay."

− Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The mattress and bedsheets caused itchiness, and I was concerned there might have been bed bugs or hygiene issues. I hope the hotel will inspect and improve the cleanliness of the bedding for future guests."
