+ The location is excellent and you can get all you need at the mall. The staff member at the front desk, Goh (彬仔) is very helpful and he provided very good and swift service.

+ I went with my family and was given a connecting room with my parents without requesting for it. The front desk staff (Evelyn) was attentive and gave good recommendations for food around the area. The house keeping staff even attached balloons at our door to surprise my little girl. We had an unforgettable time during stay as the hotel staff went extra to provide excellent service (front desk and housekeeping.)

+ The room was super nice and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was amazing and lots of good food options near the hotel which is amazing.

+ Nice to have the mall adjoining the hotel. We like that a lot.

+ Location wise, its a walking distance to Mrt station. And just beside mall, so very convenient
