+ Very bad receptionist. No respect at all. Trying to take more money which booking.com says. No single helpfull from room service. The worst staff i ever seen in malaysia. Not at all helpfull

Everything was worse.
+ Nothing
− Air conditioner was very poor. Smelly room, bad odour. Stained windows. Unclean floor. Old wooden bed, almost cracks down bed. Freezer/icebox was not cold enough. Smelly toilet.

As a budget hotel it consider OK
+ It's located in town, near to LRT station and easy to get food.
