Humo Suites At Mercu Summer Suites

− This is worst place i have ever stayed within Summersuite apartment. There are plent of apartments within the summersuite. This property owner and the staffs were bad. Not wprth fpr the money. Room is moldy and smelly. No bathroom amenitites. They have add the same handwash for the showergel, bathgel and in the kitchen. AC was not working. The towel and bedsheet was not washed. Called the staff and got the new one. No washing machine. Bathroom was very bad condition. All this were compared to some other summersuite apartments i have stayed. I had to change to other property as this place made my trip worst.

After the i check i noticed that the tlwels and bedsheets were used and have oil stinks. When we call the staff return after an hour. No room clean service will be there when you stay multiple days. They cant keep ur luggage for 1/2 hours after checkout or before check in. Not a single water bottle was provided within the room for 4 days stay. − I’ve stayed in various Summersuite apartments before and had great experiences, which is why I chose this place for my recent trip. Unfortunately, this particular unit was a major disappointment, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. First, let me say there are plenty of other properties within the Summersuite series that are incredibly comfortable and clean, and I had high hopes that this would be the same based on my past stays. Sadly, this apartment was a huge letdown compared to the others I’ve experienced. From the moment I entered, I noticed an unpleasant, musty smell in the room, which was hard to ignore. The space felt damp, and it was clear that it hadn’t been properly ventilated or cleaned in a while. The room also had visible signs of mold in various places, which made it uncomfortable to stay in for long periods. It really didn’t feel like the high standard I was expecting. The bathroom was in a similar state. There were no basic amenities provided – no shampoo, condition
