Amazing, 100% would stay again
+ One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. W Kuala Lumpur truly lives up to its “Whatever/Whenever” promise. Every member of staff from housekeeping to the front desk and concierge was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help.
The facilities and amenities are exactly what you’d expect from a true five star hotel. The room itself was exceptional, but the standout feature was the lighting system. It was intuitive, modern, and made the room feel incredibly comfortable. More hotels should adopt a system like this.
Every detail of the stay exceeded expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur

− They have renovation and drilling, big noise, I would not book it if I know there were renovation undergoing.
Also, not sure it is Malaysia is like these or just the hotel, I order room service once, eat at the restaurant once, and order food at the pool once during my stay, the food preparation time is super slow. Minimum 45 mins from order to ready, and we just order I.e burger, bolognese for the kids. Not sure why it take so long. I have to say bad restaurant experience.
