Sukhvin and Hash were the highlight of our stay and are the reason we’ll be returning to The Westin.

+ After a terrible start to our trip, The Westin Kuala Lumpur completely turned things around. Travelling with a 1 and 2 year old, we arrived exhausted and stressed, but from the moment we checked in we were met with genuine warmth and kindness. A special thank you to Sukhvin and Hash, who made our stay truly memorable. Seeing them each day was such a delight. They always greeted us with a smile, took the time to chat with our family, and made us feel so welcome. It never felt like customer service it felt like genuine care. My family absolutely loved staying here, and by the end of our trip it felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning to Kuala Lumpur and won’t hesitate to book The Westin again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
