− Our recent stay at Crown Suites Kuala Lumpur was disappointing due to poor maintenance and slow service. 1. There was a water leak in our room, with water continuously dripping from the ceiling throughout our stay. We reported the issue to the Crown Suites point of contact, who came to inspect it, but no action was taken to resolve the problem. 2. Although the room included a refrigerator, it was not functioning. As a result, the food we had stored inside spoiled. 3. The housekeeping service was extremely slow. We requested fresh towels, but they were delivered only after approximately four hours. The delay in providing basic amenities was frustrating and impacted our overall experience. Overall, the property requires better maintenance and more responsive customer service to provide guests with a comfortable stay.

− It was confusing.

− Pictures loop a little photoshopped compared to the real life experience. But it was okay. Also: water bottel wasnt refilled, when it was 36celsius 🤷🏽‍♂️.

− Very dirty, sheets not clean, broken door, lights, dirt and rubbish under beds. Never got a reply to our request to have beds remade as stains, dirt and hairs on beds.
