− I had to request for room cleaning

− Lobby not ventilated properly when it gets crowded with guests checking in. When I booked, the pictures showed room with window. When checked in, all we've got were 4 walls.

− The room was abit smaller than expected and the bedsheets and towels kind of have stains on them.

− Le monsieur a l accueil très désagréable. J avais réservé une chambre avec fenêtre et il m a mis dans une sans fenêtre et clim en panne...après insistance a bien voulu changer.
