+ Muhteşem di, özellikle Resepsiyonda Abeer adında çok muhteşem bir hanımefendi vardı

+ the staff were very friendly, specifically Marwa. She was a sweetheart, she helped us with our room booking and made sure the misunderstanding was resolved. Her calm nature gave us a very good experience of the hotel. There was a misunderstanding in relation to the room booking but we were given an extra bed which made the experience a whole lot better. I would say that they need to make the explanation clear when stating how many people can stay in one room. Other than that no complaints.

+ The check in took more than expected , the room smells really bad, and the rooms with connected doors are very noisy, these doors does not prevent noises

+ Clean and spacious.

+ We reserve a room for family ( 2 Adults and 2 Children), but there are just one bed for adults. The receptionist propose us to add 2 beds for children and we have to pay for the added beds!

+ Rooms with connecting doors ought to be reserved exclusively for groups and families. These doors allow for noise to travel easily from one side to the other.
