+ Fantastic value for money with use of the Hyatt facilities. Huge rooms. Friendly staff. Highly recommend

+ The hotel is located by the sea and also has access to the Grand Hyatt’s swimming pool and sun loungers. The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious.

+ Good reasonable priced accommodation especially as you get to use the facilities of the Grand Hyatt, a 5 star adjacent hotel, but don't expect 5 star accommodation.There is not much to do outside the hotel as it is in the diplomatic area, but is central for excursions to Oman's attractions and excursions are easily arranged. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a good restaurant, Nesve Umman, across the car park at the rear of the hotel.

+ Great value accommodation close tonthe beach. Able to use hotel facilities incl pool next door which was a bonus. Basic but confortable apartments and verybfriendly staff.
