+ Soumodip provided amazing service, nice stay

+ We had a truly wonderful experience and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their outstanding service. Everything was handled with great care and professionalism, making our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. A very special thanks to Mr. Soumodip for his thoughtful gesture in bringing a special gift for our kids — it truly meant a lot to us and brought so much joy to them. We also sincerely appreciate the room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you once again for such warm hospitality. We will definitely look forward to coming back!

+ Our experience was unfortunately very disappointing. The staff did not provide clear or accurate information regarding the operating hours and regulations of the hotel outlets, particularly room service. During Ramadan, we were informed that no food could be provided because the team was busy with other activities, which was quite frustrating. While the room itself was spacious and pleasant, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, we received different information from different departments, suggesting a lack of communication and alignment within the hotel. Overall, the service did not meet expectations.

+ Hotel has been closed for a few months. No email or communication from hotel or Agoda about this. Very disappointing after arriving at 0130 in the morning to check in.

+ FYI People - This hotel is CLOSED. I had a reservation for November and happened to look at reviews on Google and some said they showed up with a reservation and the hotel was CLOSED. I just called Wyndham reservations and they confirmed this. They are not letting people with current reservations know the hotel is closed. This is awful of them. Hoping other see this and can find alternative accommodation before showing up in Doha and not having a reservation.

My overall experience has been excellent — the room has always been comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and all the facilities have met my expectations. I would especially like to highlight Ms. Mira and Mr. Soumodip for their exceptional service and hospitality. They have consistently been courteous, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay pleasant.
