+ It is a whole new experience for a night in Best Plaza West Bay hotel. First off, we were greeted by our very accommodating and helpful front desk, Ms. MJ. And there we were offered a very spacious, well-maintained room with a sophisticated view of the city. Highly recommended indeed.

+ We had an excellent stay at Best Plaza (Bestway Plaza) West Bay Hotel. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to MJ at the reception — she is absolutely amazing: friendly, professional, and always ready to help. She answered all our questions and made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, the staff was excellent, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return.

+ There were two housekeepers that were extremely helpful. Mr. Hridoy and Mr. Emon. These two gentlemen provided assistance with my laundry they clean my room with no issues, and they provided me with small details about the hotel to my stay comfortable and grateful. This one of reasons why I will book my stay to this hotel again.
