+ 시설과 직원들이 친절했지만, 체크인하는데 1시간 넘게 카페에 앉아서 기다려달라는 요청을 받았어요. 3시에 맞춰서 갔는데 4시 넘어서 체크인 했습니다. 별다른 업데이트도 없었으며 기다리는 시간듕안 왜 체크인이 안 돠는지 궁금해 하며 너무 답답했어요.
