+ Iconic hotel, very nice and helpful staff. Special thanks to their assistant manager, Sagar Chavan. Unexpectedly, I arrived 1 day prior to my other family members, late night. Despite high load of guests, Sagar tried his best to give me the room one night earlier and he made it! That was a great relief after a long stressful trip. 24 hours room service is a plus. Breakfast buffet was excellent with numerous items and the kind staff in the breakfast area approached frequently to make sure we get everything. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

+ Value for money. Great management. Aroop in morning breakfast very caring. Kajal in reception very helping leader. Above all general manager is very good. So obvious hitel stagf including concierge Sahid are reall good.
