Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi by IHG

+ Breakfast was excellent and people were respectful and attentive.

+ Staff very welcoming and helpful, especially at the breakfast buffet. The food at the buffet was delicious! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet.

+ Front desk assigned the same key as my room to a guest and that person walked right in. It took them over an hour to fix the problem and they did not offer any comps.

+ I booked room with sofa bed and they didn’t give me and they offer me a crib bed for one year old kid and my child is six years old !!!!!! It the worst experience ever with old dated furniture

+ Needs the rain shower head in the bathroom because the tub has only half a glass. A standing shower could have been better. Someone might trip on the high tub wall.
