− Unfortunately, the condition of the property does not reflect a five-star standard. The beach towels were extremely old, faded, and appeared to have been in use for many years. The room furnishings were outdated and poorly maintained. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, there were visible cigarette burn marks on the sofa and flooring, which was disappointing. The biggest concern was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, and I experienced what appeared to be bed bug bites all over my body. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly, which significantly affected my stay. Based on my experience, I would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it until these issues are properly addressed.

− The sofa in our room was notably unclean. We were assigned a smoking room despite having informed the hotel of our infant's presence, which was particularly disappointing. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, and the service was slow. Furthermore, the food quality was merely average. There were no tissues in the bathroom, and we had to request towels due to their unavailability in the room, which also had a musky odor.
