From the valet staff and reception to the restaurant teams, everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel at home. A special thank you goes to Junaid, the "Pool Master," whose friendliness, professionalism, and positive energy made every visit to the pool even more enjoyable. It's team members like him who create lasting memories. The location was also perfect for my business trip, with RAKEZ only about six minutes away by car. After a productive day, it was a pleasure to return to such an outstanding hotel. + Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The room was exceptionally spacious and felt more like a luxury suite than a standard hotel room. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture, immaculate facilities, and a premium feel throughout. The pool and private beach were fantastic, offering the perfect place to relax. The breakfast and dinner buffets were outstanding, with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality food to suit every taste. Most importantly, the service was exceptional.
