+ Staff are welcoming and cooperative. Smile always there and interaction is smooth. Bed is good. Breakfast is rich and assorted. Pizza promotion is acceptable but the pizza is not cooked well.

− Sofa can't be used, tv channels are extremely poor, odor in room is bad, carpet does not reflect cleanliness, room so much dim, buffet dinner is over priced.

Easy and convenient for a short stopover before an early morning flight

+ I arrived at just past 12am, almost 3 hours early and it was no problem for the staff. Helpful staff downstairs in the restaurant. The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly quiet.

− There was some confusion with the booking of my airport transfer at 4am. It did not show separately on my bill so it took some time for the staff to assure the driver that the fee had already been paid.
