Four Seasons Hotel Amman

+ As usual Four Seasons standards never disappoint us.. The afternoon tea was beyond normal, every bite was literally delicious and out of this world!!

+ Great location to visit key attractions in Amman. Lovely view of the city. Friendly and helpful reception staff and the team at the entrance were so professional and helpful. Kindly given a late check out as I had an evening flight so very thankful for that 🙏🏼

+ It may not be the most luxurious hotel in the Four Seasons chain – but it really stands out for its staff and the quality of its service. If I had to describe it, only one word comes to mind: perfection! No matter which department I dealt with (Ms Mhel from breakfast service, Mr Ahmad from the spa, who showed me everything with joy and enthusiasm and, together with his colleague Mohamad, introduced me to and explained Jordanian culture to me. From the reception, who wrapped my jam jar so perfectly in bubble wrap, even though I’d only asked for a simple piece of tape to secure it. That’s what I call thinking ahead and being there for guests. Other luxury hotels could learn a lot from that. The rooms are spacious and stylish, and the bed is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious. We felt right at home – and we’ve stayed at plenty of Four Seasons hotels before...
