+ We had an excellent stay! The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient—without a doubt one of the fastest and easiest check-ins I’ve ever experienced. The room was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was also large, modern, and well maintained, making the overall stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Omar at the reception. He was exceptionally polite, elegant in his manner, professional, and genuinely helpful. I trusted him to receive a package on my behalf and gave him the payment for it. He handled everything flawlessly and returned everything to me with complete professionalism and honesty. His service truly stood out and reflects very highly on the hotel. My reservation did not include breakfast, so I can’t personally comment on the food. However, judging by the outstanding standards of service and attention to detail throughout the hotel, I would expect the dining experience to be just as excellent. I highly recommend this
