− Nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded my expectations

− وصخ جدا ما اكرر التجربة يسلكون لنا ماعطونا غرفة كويسه كاننا اطفال و تم سرقة جزمة خالتي وانتو بكرامة والارض جدا جدا وصخه والاكواب عليها روج ماتغسل ومغبره مستحيل اكرر التجربة. مع احترامي.

− The rooms are very big and comfortable however the cleanliness was bad. The housekeeping team was unprofessional, we stayed for 5 nights; one time they cleaned without putting towels, the other time they cleaned without putting tissues. They just tidy up the room without mopping the floor. However when we complained to the reception about this issue they apologized and made sure the room was cleaned up well. But I truly believe that the housekeeping team should be more professional and clean in such a 5 star hotel
