+ Desde que entré el personal del hotel fue muy amable. El hall del hotel es muy bonito y olía muy bien. La cama era muy cómoda, las vistas desde el balcón espectaculares y el desayuno exquisito.

+ It was my second stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised this time because I was assigned a larger room even though I hadn’t booked one. That was definitely a nice upgrade. Due to the tense situation in the Middle East, my return flight was cancelled. As a result, I asked if it would be possible to cancel my second night free of charge since I no longer needed it and was finally able to leave the country. Instead, the hotel offered me a complimentary taxi transfer and a credit of 25 JOD to use in the hotel’s restaurant/bar. I found this to be very considerate and absolutely fair, and I really appreciated the gesture.
