Kaya Hotel Amman

+ Staff are very attentive to their guests. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I was very impressed.

+ rooms nice, well sized, decor agreeable, rather than extravagant, facilities good, staff very friendly, residents of a wide range of ages and styles, makes for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

+ Public spaces were not clean. Staff was very good. Bathroom very small. Not a four star hotel.

+ Great staff, great service we had a very comfortable stay and the staff was very frie And helpfull. Also the services way amazing with great spa and great food especially the breakfast. The location is also close to the central part of Amman.

+ Every single member of this hotel was very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were also perfect. They do offer free parking so it was a plus. Overall a great experience
