+ I had a wonderful experience at Gerasa Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth, and everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered a very comfortable bed with fresh, crisp linens. The housekeeping staff does a fantastic job keeping every corner pristine. The facilities are top-notch as well-the common areas are stylish and cozy, and the overall atmosphere is modern and relaxing.
