+ I especially loved the warm welcome from the reception staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job, and the hotel was always clean and well-maintained. I would like to especially thank Mohamed at the reception and Aref from the housekeeping team. Both of them were exceptional, professional, and genuinely friendly. Their outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable.
