+ Good value for money and location is great. Breakfast can be improved though. Staff is well mannered and helpful.

− Nearby School can be noisy in morning. Breakfast was very low key.

Once grand hotel, in a great location that could be great again with a little effort.

+ 1. The location on Rainbow Street was perfect, very near boutiques, food choices, and entertainment. 2. The staff was super friendly and accommodating

− 1. The room itself was dirty when we checked in, to the point where we could write our names on any flat surface. 2. The door key was an actual key, and the lock would not lock without much effort; even then, the door would open with a hard push.
