Amman Ambiance Hotel

− The rooms were dirty i booked a room with 3 separated beds and in all beds i found hair on them also not mentioning the bathroom it was dirty and there was dry piss on the toilet , im general hotel vibes warent the best there is a better hotel literally next to them if i knew i wouldnt go to them , in booking there are photos of a swimming pool and a gym but the guy at the reception said all of them are not working and closed

− The hotel showed as open and my booking around the time of Eid was accepted, but when my flight arrived at night and I took a taxi to the hotel, the hotel was closed! The whole building was closed, doors locked and lights were off. It was after 1am at night so I messaged the owner and he responded saying they are closed for Eid and that they will be open but in the morning after 10! I was forced to book a different hotel in the middle of the night. I checked back in the day if the hotel was opened as the owner promised but it was still closed. I messaged the owner again but this time I was ignored. Overall a big disappointment, don't accept bookings if you can't honour them and don't lie that the hotel will be reopened later if it won't be.

− الفندق لايستق المبلغ أضف إليه المصعد معطل وقيل لنا ساعتين يصلح ولم يصلح المفارش غير نظيفة
