Absolute perfection. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was immaculate, luxurious, and had incredible views. The breakfast spread was phenomenal with fresh, high-quality options every morning. A true 5-star experience in every sense.we can’t wait to come back!
− More cold water bottles should be provided around the swimming area. Ice cream would also be a great idea during this hot weather.

+ Everything was wonderful and all were helpful, Mr. Muhammad the reception manager was a wonderful guy he was always around to check if we needed anything.
Chef Saher you can't imagine how he is helpful and always asks us if you want something special to do it for us .
Mr Assem the restaurant manager always you can see him in the dining room asking all the guests if they need anything even he came to us early to say goodbye after we did check out
The hotel was lucky because he had these people
I don't want to forget the waiters and the waitress in the dining room all were helpful like alpha and Karim Zaid
− I had a problem with the house keepers that didn't clean my room till 15:00 Mr Ahmad the housekeeping manager a failure person he can to my room and instead to solve the problem and bring one of the house keepers to clean the room he asked me what you want this person in my opinion shouldn't be with Wisten hotel .
But Mr Muhammad the reception manager can direct and solve the problem and upgrade our room

+ The hotel was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. Nawras, who provided excellent service and helped us with every request. We really enjoyed our stay.
− The tiles inside the swimming pool need maintenance, as some of them are coming loose and lifting up.

النُزل مقابل المال في هذا الفندق مبالغ فيه
+ النظافه والهدوء
− موظف الاستقبال وتعامله السيئ لأنني حظرت إلى الفندق وكان لدي حجزين بنفس الوقت لغرفتين مطله على المسبح بالخطأ فطلب منا الموظف الغاء احد الحجوزات لكي يعطينا إطلاله على المسبح الموجوده في حجزنا وخلاصة عمله انه الغاء حجزي واستفاد الفندق من قيمتها وارجعو لي البوكينج 48 دينار اردني والقيمة الاجماليه للغرفتين 3192 ريال سعودي. ووقت دخولنا كان بعد الحضور للفندق ب3 ساعات ولم يقدمو لنا كأس ماء بارد. حيث ان الأصنصير بعيد جدا عن الغرفه. وهي بالدور الثاني رقم 215. وأعطانا إطلاله مقابله للشمس وبعيده عن المسبح ويمكن أنها مقصوده. والخدمة بعد ثالث اتصال يأتون لك. والأكل ممنوع دخولها للفندق. والمطاعم مغلقه بعد الساعه 12 ليلاً. ولا يوجد خدمة التكاسي بعد الساعه ال12 ليلا وهو بعيد عن البلد

+ الطاقم هو أفضل ما في هذا الفندق، بلا منافس. من لحظة الاستقبال وحتى نهاية الإقامة، الابتسامة حاضرة والتعامل راقٍ وصادق — ليست مجاملة مهنية مصطنعة، بل أناس طيّبون فعلًا، وهذا ما يبقى في الذاكرة.
الغرفة ممتازة، ويظهر بوضوح أن الفندق مُجهّز باستثمار حقيقي واهتمام بالتفاصيل: مستوى تشطيب عالٍ ونظافة لا غبار عليها.
لو كان التقييم على الطاقم والغرفة وحدهما، لكانت العلامة كاملة.
− الفندق جيد، ولهذا بالذات فإن هذه النقاط مزعجة — لأنها كلها قابلة للإصلاح:
1. لا توجد شطّافة في الحمّام. هذه ليست تفصيلًا ثانويًا ولا رفاهية، بل حاجة أساسية لمعظم النزلاء، وغيابها في فندق بهذا المستوى أمر غير مفهوم. هذه أهم نقطة يجب معالجتها فورًا.
2. المسبح صغير جدًا ولا يناسب العائلات إطلاقًا. مع الأطفال لا يفي بالغرض.
3. شاطئ الفندق: المياه ضحلة ومعكّرة. نزلنا إليه مرة واحدة فقط ولم نعد إليه طوال الإقامة — وهذا يلخّص التجربة.
4. الطعام دون المستوى: الأصناف قليلة ولا تليق ببقية ما يقدّمه الفندق.
بصراحة: المكان والطاقم يستحقّان تقييمًا أعلى، لكن هذه النقاط — وخاصة الشطّافة والمسبح — هي ما يمنع ذلك.
