Aster Hotel Aqaba

− دورة المياه الماء يطلع من الحمام ويدخل علئ السويت وتم اخبارهم ولم يستجيبو في الخلل وتم الخروج اليوم الثاني والمبلغ يختلف عن مبلغ الحجز لانه وصلت قبل الموعد بساعات

− The room was very disappointing and certainly not worth what we paid. We spent 270 JOD for two nights, yet the room felt more like something worth 50 JOD. The photos showed curtains covering what appeared to be a normal window, so naturally I expected daylight and an outside view. Instead, behind the glass was a narrow technical shaft filled with AC compressors. This was never mentioned in the room description. When I raised the issue, the receptionist simply replied, "You booked the standard room." That's not a valid explanation. Guests should be informed if their room window faces a technical shaft rather than a NORMAL exterior view(not even asking for a sea view). The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and felt like trampolines. The hand soap was cheap commercial soap you'd expect in a public restroom, not a hotel. The towels didn't smell fresh either and had an unpleasant gas/chemical-like odor. I would not stay here again.

− مفش اشي خاص بجميع الاحوال اغلب الفنادق بالعقبة عشان تروح اي مشوار تحتاج تاكسي، في زلمة اسمو ابو فراس ساىق تاكسي كثير منيح واسعاره ممتازة وبخاف الله

− طلبت من خدمة الغرف يغيرولي الكاسات لانهم توسخو كان جوابهم اغسلوها عندكم بالغرفه هاي اشياء شخصيه مع انه ما في غير مغسلة الحمام وخبرتها بس برضو رفضت بشكل سيئ فش مصفات سيارات كافيه مع انه ما في ضغط بالعقبه بنص الاسبوع
