+ Parfait. Très bel hôtel et très bien placé. Personnel disponible et sympathique.

+ Bad war Katastrophe nicht einmal kloo Papier.eklich nichtmal eine seife... .. TV funktionierte nicht. Dreckige Tische beim Frühstück. Lustloes Personal. Aber grosses Zimmer und das Bett war bequem.... Schade eigentlich schoene Anlage...

+ Kamer was vies. Eerst kamer met kakkerlakken, wel nieuwe kamer gekregen, goed opgelost. Maar helaas deze was ook niet schoon. Viezigheid op de vloer en vlek in dekbed, badkamer was ook vies.Aantal personeelsleden waren erg onvriendelijk. Niet allemaal. Ontbijt zou 8 uur klaar staan, om tien over 8 stond er nog niets. Toen we wilden uitchecken was er niemand te vinden. Bleek iemand te slapen op de bank bij de receptie, wilde niet komen helpen. Zwembad was buiten gebruik.

+ We love the location of this hotel, and have been satisfied in the past for a 2 or 3 star hotel. This time, there was no hot water during our stay and they did not inform us of that. When I reported it, the response was 'oh we know, everyone is complaining. The breakfast was poor, not a buffet at all, just a tray with some items on it. Certainly not worth paying extra for. The pool is lovely, but the weather was windy and the staff did not clean the pool, so there was quite a lot of debris. No room service unless you request it. All in all, I feel the service has gone down at this hotel and I will be looking for another choice when we return to Aqaba.
