Bayview Hotel Beirut

− This was my third hotel I stayed in during my visit, and it was by far the worst. The hotel is very old, not vintage, very old, there were molds in the shower even in the shower head. The bed wasn’t clean, there was hair on the bed sheets and even on the bathroom robe, the bed in our room was directly next to the entrance, which we felt there was no privacy at all, the air conditioning was hitting our heads all night, and we can’t turn it off since it was very hot in Beirut. We tried to have breakfast but it was also a very bad experience the food was stale and dry, and when I asked for fried eggs they ushered me towards the scrambled eggs. And finally when we wanted to checkout, they charged us for our parked car inside the hotel, telling us it wasn’t free not even for their guests. It was a shame that we stayed in such hotel, even the staff wasn’t friendly, they didn’t accept any comments and they were ready to snap on us.

− Water pressure in toilet too low and the shower not good working and can’t sleep from AC the fan sounds Too noisy Also he doesn’t my reservation for the room he make upgrade for me to suite but without balcony and im not comfortable in this night I informed the receptionist guy if i comfortable i need to stay 3 nights more He doesn’t care

− I cancel my reservation before check in, The overall condition of the facilities does not meet the standards that guests would reasonably expect from a hotel offering paid accommodation. What was even more frustrating was the lack of professionalism in customer service. Communication with guests is extremely poor, inquiries are not handled properly, and responses are often delayed or unclear. It felt as though guest concerns were not taken seriously, and there was little effort made to provide assistance or resolve issues. A hotel is not only about the room itself but also about the quality of service and guest experience. Unfortunately, this property failed in both aspects. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially those seeking a comfortable, healthy, and professionally managed environment. − The Wi-Fi in the main bedroom wasn't working, the AC wasn't working properly, the floor and carpet were not clean at all, one of the owners or administrative staff was rude, and the street's noise was in the bedroom.
