Imperial Suites Hotel

+ The hotel is amazing and so beautiful, very good service and cleanliness.. But there is a problem that the freezer and the air conditioner make some noise.. Overall review it's amazing😍😍😍

+ We had to change our room twice in the first 5 days, for which I requested adjustment and got it. However, the bathroom is narrow, shower is about 24 inches wide, and dark, no way one can shave in the shower. The bedding was changed daily. Housekeeping excellent. staff in general very good. No way could be rated 4 or even 3 stars. Instructions for room phone misleading, instructions say dial 9 for outside line, turn out to be dial 8. Frustrating.

+ Not all reception staff are good. Location is good but the price doesn't match the provided service.

+ I dont consider this a 4 star at all however great location
