+ I want a full refund because the hotel was fully booked and they did not give me my room or and substitute.. adding that the location is not accurate as i walked more than 30 mins to find the hotel from the destination set on your website.

+ Dirty hotel rooms as well as towels, the water in the bathroom smells bad, is more of a 1 star hotel

+ Strategic location! Excellent wi-fi ! Spacious room . Royal interior design . Purple , brown & gold . Breakfast is ok ( 7/10) . I would recommend having Lebanese leftovers from local restaurants stores in the fridge because the food stays fresh . This hotel is a hidden gem . Staff members , from reception to cleaning lady were very warm , welcoming & charismatic. Management are receptive to concerns that came up with my laundry /rates changes and gave me alternatives proposals .I’m from Canada and this is the type of service I would expect and enjoyed . Last but not least , it’s next to the Lebanese American University so it’s safe since you’re near students ! Shukran
