+ We are a family of 5 and booked a family room, which was very comfortable and spacious. The location was great right in the center of the city, close to everything.

− Breakfast was a bit of a letdown and could use some improvement an omelette station would be a great addition, along with more traditional Turkish options. Also, the hotel strictly doesn't allow outside food or takeaway to be brought in, which felt a bit restrictive

Great stay.

+ Room is super clean, staff are nice and helpful, in Trabzon Medan close to everything. The hotel is quite and rooms have sound isolation which made it perfect for us after along travel day. Their breakfast is so good.
