− Breakfast was very average throughout the week – limited variety and nothing special for a hotel of this size. · Reception staff need better training – they were polite but not naturally courteous; it felt forced and mechanical. · First impression was poor – Orkhan at the entrance was smileless and unwelcoming, which set a bad tone right at check-in. · Mirali (reception head) came across as aggressive initially – though he softened after we complained about our room. · Unacceptably stinky room given to us at first – not what you expect from a premium property. Had to escalate to get it changed. · The hotel is a maze – with over 800 rooms, be prepared for looong walks to get anywhere inside. Not ideal if you have mobility issues.
